Hello <3 a big little thank you for being here and joining our cinecommunity!

First of all, 5TO9 Film Club was created as a space beyond cinema rooms, project spaces, and laptop screens to gather people and share their thoughts and passion for films, especially, films that are less popular and least expected to be discussed. We followed the idea of the French New Wave cinephilles to make sure and give our time outside of other responsibilities to our true passions (hence our name), as in our case – cinema! So let’s spend our after hours in the cinema (or talking about it)!

This website combines a blog on films in a format of a chronicle, film lists, and is our online HQ on various fun things about storytelling, filmmaking, cinema history we can come up with. So thank you for being here and we hope you enjoy our time together.

Here we want to have discussions, debates, heartfelt conversations about women in film, on set, on screen and the stories that inspire  it – the world around us!
